All our bracelets are within the range of 16.5 to 18.5cm. Bracelet length adjustment service is available and actual adjustable length will depend on the style of the particular bracelet. Measurement of each in-stock item is indicated under its respective Product Details.

 

FAQ1: How do I determine the bracelet length that best suits me?

Wrap a piece of non-stretch string around your wrist and measure this piece of string to find out the circumference (in cm) of your wrist. It is recommended that you add an allowance of at least one centimetre (more if you like your bracelet loose).

 

FAQ 2: Is the bracelet adjustment service free?

Bracelet adjustment service is free but additional links may incur a charge if the desired bracelet length is longer than that of the in-stock item. In the case of shortening the bracelet, any length/link that is removed will be returned to you together with the bracelet at completion of its adjustment service.

 

FAQ 3: How long does it take to complete a bracelet adjustment?

It usually takes 5 to 10 working days. However, if additional link(s) is required, it may take up to 2 to 4 weeks in total to complete the adjustment process (where additional link(s) has to be ordered).
