Q1: Do you have a retail shop?

A1: We do not have a retail outlet at the moment. But you are welcome to contact us and make an appointment to come and try on the piece before buying.

 

Q2: Which delivery methods do you offer?

A2: We normally arrange delivery by SF Express or HK Post, which is free of charge for order over HKD500 (For Hong Kong and Macau customers only). We welcome enquiry of other delivery method of your choice.

 

Q3: What kind of customised services do you provide?

A3: We can custom make in 18K gold all the designs that are offered in our shop. We also welcome bespoke enquiry of jewellery design of your choice.

 

Q4: What if the item I chose is out of stock?

A4: No worries, we offer pre-ordering service. For out-of-stock items, we provide pre-order service with the estimated delivery lead time of 4 weeks.

 

Q5: Do you give discount to first time customer?

A5: Yes. All customers enjoy 10% discount off their first purchase by clicking “Follow” on our IG account and “Like” on our Facebook page.

 

Q6: Can I use two discount/promotional offers on a single purchase?

A6: Normally each specific offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, unless stated otherwise.
