Shipping

It is our pleasure to offer FREE delivery or pick up to all local orders in Hong Kong.

 

For in-stock products, all orders are processed and despatched within 1-4 working days upon our confirmation of your payment. As for pre-order products, our usual delivery lead-time is around 4 weeks.  Once the order is despatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us with delivery details for your reference and tracking. 

 

Shipping to Singapore and Japan is now available at a delivery fee of HK$150 (FREE delivery for purchase over HK$2500) . Normally, it takes  2-3 business days to despatch and 7-10 days after despatch to arrive shipping address. * Please note that Fleur Bleue Jewellery is not able to account for any additional customs/ taxes/ duties charges as imposed differently by respective local Custom authorities. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer to pay for all fees (tariffs, taxes, etc) that may be imposed and to handle any issues that may arise during or after shipping.

 

If you would like to Send as gift, you are recommended to purchase the gift item as a separate order (from other items you purchase for self-use).  We will be happy to include a gift card for you; just indicate your gift message along with your request delivery date at checkout and we will do the rest.

 

Packaging

Each item comes with a velvet pouch/box.

Each order is bubble wrapped and packed in a sturdy envelope/box before sending it off for delivery arrangement.

 

Return Policy

All items are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defect is found. In case such a rare incident occurs, please Whatsapp us at 6034-8048 or send email to info@fleurbleuejewellery.com to inquire about return policy and process. In the event of any disagreement or dispute, Fleur Bleue Jewellery reserves the rights of final decisions.
